Terms & Conditions

By entering into a photography agreement with meganayn photography, ​both parties agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Scope of Services

• meganayn photography agrees to provide photography services for the Client as described below:

  • A mutually agreed upon session date, location and session type.

2. Payment Terms​

• A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to secure the session date. The remaining balance is due on or before the session date.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Cancellation: If the Client cancels within 24 hours of the scheduled session, the deposit is forfeited.

• Rescheduling: In the event of inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances, the session may be rescheduled at no additional charge. meganayn photography will work with the Client to find a mutually agreeable new date.

4. Delivery of Images

• Final images will be delivered via online gallery within 1 week of the session date.

• meganayn photography retains the right to edit and select the final images delivered to the Client.

5. Use of Images

• The Client grants the meganayn photography permission to use images from the session for promotional purposes, including but not limited to portfolio display, social media, advertising, and website galleries.

• If the Client does not wish for their images to be used, they must notify meganayn photography in writing before the session date.

6. Liability

• meganayn photography is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during the session. meganayn photography is not liable for failure to provide images due to unforeseen circumstances beyond their control, such as equipment failure or extreme weather.

7. Client Responsibilities

• The Client agrees to arrive on time for the session and to provide accurate and complete information about their needs.

• The Client is responsible for ensuring all participants adhere to the session guidelines.
